Digital marketing.
Performance marketing for Kenyan brands: Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, email and lifecycle — run as one system against one number, with weekly reads and monthly plans.
We run digital marketing the way a product team runs software: with goals, budgets, dashboards, weekly reviews and roadmap. Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic display, YouTube, email and lifecycle — one funnel, one number per funnel stage, one owner per channel.
All measurement feeds into a single dashboard (Looker Studio or Metabase) so marketing, product and finance see the same truth. We run on Kenyan-market benchmarks: CAC in KES, not USD; conversion windows tuned for M-Pesa drop-off; creative in Swahili where it earns its keep.
What teams hire us to fix.
- 01You don't know which ads actually workedMeta says 40 conversions, Google says 25, Shopify says 18. We rebuild measurement with server-side events (Conversions API, GA4 server), UTMs, and a single source of truth.
- 02CAC that keeps climbing quarter over quarterAudience fatigue, creative burnout, platform price rises. We refresh audiences, run a creative system (not one-offs), and move budget to what compounds — usually search + email.
- 03A huge email list no one has written to in six monthsWe segment the list, build a welcome, cart-abandon and win-back sequence, and turn retention into a channel — not a spreadsheet export.
- 04Brand comms disconnected from performanceThe brand team ships beautiful films; the performance team runs bargain-basement static ads. We connect them so the same creative system powers both.

Questions we get often.
Do you manage our ad spend, or do you require us to pay the platforms directly?
You pay the platforms directly — your cards, your accounts. We optimise, you keep the billing relationship. Transparent, no mark-up.
Will you work with our existing brand or creative agency?
Often. We are happy to be the performance half of a split — your brand agency owns the big films and identity, we own the ad templates, landing pages and measurement.
What does a typical result look like?
For Kenya-market clients with healthy unit economics, we see CAC coming down 20–40% over 90 days while scaling spend. Results are never promised — we show our working weekly.
Can you run in Swahili?
Yes. Our in-house copy team writes in English, Swahili and Sheng where it performs. Creative is tested in both languages before scale.
Is M-Pesa tracked as a conversion?
Yes. Either a Daraja callback fires a server-side conversion event, or we treat order-confirmation as the signal. We will wire whichever gives the cleanest data.
Do you run influencer marketing?
Sometimes, when it is the best channel for the brief. We are not an influencer-first agency — we use influencers when the maths works, and track them the same way as every other channel.
