Jehovah Tsidkenu.
A trust-first booking site for a Saudi-based domestic and care-services agency — clear service catalogue, multi-channel enquiry, designed for a diverse clientele.
Where it started.
Jehovah Tsidkenu provides professional care and domestic services — nursing, elderly care, housekeeping, childcare and security staffing — across Saudi Arabia. The brand has strong offline reputation but was losing enquiries to digitally-native competitors because the website didn't communicate trust or give a clear enquiry path.
We rebuilt the site around one goal: a prospective family or company should understand within 30 seconds what services exist, who delivers them, and how to book a first meeting.
What was hard.
Care-services buyers are doing high-stakes decisions — you're inviting a stranger into your home or hiring someone to look after an elderly parent. Trust signals matter more than features. The design had to look calm, professional and quietly confident — not sales-y.
Audience also matters: enquirers ranged from Saudi nationals to expatriate managers to Kenyan diaspora. English was the safe common language but we had to consider layout, tone and imagery that didn't exclude any group.
How we solved it.
- 01Service catalogue with clear pricing languageEach service (nursing, elderly, childcare, housekeeping, security) has its own page explaining scope, staff qualifications, and typical engagement length.
- 02Trust as the primary design languageMonochrome, lots of whitespace, real copy (no stock photography), staff-training credentials prominently displayed.
- 03Multi-channel enquiryContact form, WhatsApp link, and callback request — buyers pick the channel they trust for first contact.
- 04SEO for care queriesSchema.org LocalBusiness, Service and FAQ markup so Saudi searches surface the business in the local pack.
What we built it with.
The outcome.
- Service pages per discipline (nursing, elderly, childcare, housekeeping, security).
- Multi-channel enquiry — form, WhatsApp, callback.
- Staff / team presentation with training credentials.
- Schema.org markup for Saudi local SEO.
- Core Web Vitals green on mobile.
